I'm a nice, laidback vibe, but I care deeply about the work I put out and my reputation as a hard worker and innovative creator. If there's a problem, I have an idea for how to solve it. I want to meet the need before it's a need. 

I make pretty good jokes from time-to-time and when I don't know how to do something, I use all my resources to figure it out. I'm gonna go out of my way to do a great job and I can take a note.

And I strive to just be a pretty decent human no matter what's going on around me.
